Designed to give maximum comfort to families, couples and groups of friends, the villas of our village are located about 300 m far from the sea in the Gulf of Follonica and offer our guests a cozy place to relax at the end of a sunny summer day. Hosting up to 6 persons, the apartments have one or two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a veranda with table and chairs for yor restful moments smelling the sea breeze.
Holiday villas in Maremma
Our brick villas are about 40 sqm large, one- or two-bedroom flat and can host up to 6 persons.
They have an indipendent access, a veranda with table and chairs and a private parking place.
They have a DDT-Tv, tableware, linen and courtesy set, air conditioning and all comforts to ensure a pleasant stay.

I stayed here with my daughter for a horseback riding around. For the hurry I forgot to check out … when I came back it was almost 17! I was ready to pay a night more (it would have been absolutely due!) And instead I found very kind staff at the reception who treated me very well and did not charge me the supplement.
